This is the answer we came up with, too. Because the logician didn't instantly know the answer after the second clue, it had to be one of the sum=13 combinations. There's only one of those that has an "oldest child", so it's the 2, 2, 9 combination of ages. » 10/26/14 12:58pm 10/26/14 12:58pm
